It’s freaking hard (but short, thank God). Let me assure you if you had any preconceived notions that home workouts were lame, then you’ve clearly never done this before. Insanity Max 30 is a HIIT Workout that Brings Results. Nutrition is a big part of this program, and nothing will get you better results than following a nutrition program like the Ultimate Fix or macro counting.
